Our Security Operations Center (SOC) and Emergency Engineering Team remain on-call 24/7/365.
Support tickets opened during holidays are classified by urgency.
Holiday Rate: Work performed on recognized holidays (Actual & Observed) is billed at 2.0x the standard hourly rate with a 4-hour minimum charge.
