Standard business hours for AvanteTec are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time. AvanteTec observes the following company holidays. Our office will be closed for standard administrative and non-emergency technical requests on these dates.

Need Emergency Support?

Our Security Operations Center (SOC) and Emergency Engineering Team remain on-call 24/7/365. Support tickets opened during holidays are classified by urgency.

Holiday Rate: Work performed on recognized holidays (Actual & Observed) is billed at 2.0x the standard hourly rate with a 4-hour minimum charge.

Cultural & Catholic-Traditional Holidays

In addition to standard U.S. holidays, AvanteTec recognizes certain culturally significant Italian and Catholic holidays. These may be treated as floating holidays or office closures depending on staffing requirements.
